I'd bring in some quality designers and ramp up production on some uniforms for high schools at a price cheaper than Nike or UA. Lonzo is a part owner of the company so I'd actually officially sign him and the other brothers to apparel deals and launch a lifestyle collection of shyt like underwear and sweats to lounge in.

do more pop up shops during shyt like the march madness or even some top ranked high school games.

now that NIL is a thing, get 20-40 NCAA athletes from a bunch of sports and have them push the brand in the social media.
