NYS prisons have like 1-3 murders per year. He's not gonna get killed.Dude's probably gonna die in prison. If not by heart attack/being overweight then by rival gang members. He'll be an easy kill to them because he's not fit at all and he's not mobile enough.
Good. Get this scumbag off the streets.

The 550-pound boss of an alleged Bronx gun-running ring could not make it into a courtroom for his Friday arraignment because his massive wheelchair didn’t fit inside an elevator.
So William “Wobbles” Soler instead pleaded not guilty in a basement room one floor below the ground level of the Bronx Supreme Court building near where prisoners are held. “Basically, it’s a love seat on wheels,” Bronx Supreme Court Judge George Villegas said of Soler's double-wide wheelchair.
The rotund ringleader was originally driven into the courthouse through a side garage door, officials said.
But once the the suspected gun fiend arrived, his massive chair could not squeeze through an elevator to head down to the courtroom two floors below ground level, said his lawyer Brian Sullivan.
The judge, prosecutors, Sullivan and other officials were forced to go one floor up to Soler instead.
Officials crammed into a drab, cramped basement lobby, outside a Department of Correction facility where prisoners are held.
"There was no other way to arraign him," said Sullivan afterward.
"Did you see his wheelchair?" the attorney added, stretching his hands out. "It wouldn't fit through the elevator!"
Soler was among 10 gangsters busted Wednesday for allegedly operating a massive gunrunning ring, smuggling firearms into the city from upstate Port Chester, Connecticut and Maine. His crew flipped the weapons out of a pair of Bronx apartments for several times the price, authorities charged in a whopping 367-count indictment.
Authorities said that many of the smuggled guns came in alongside commuters on Metro North trains.
Villegas said that Soler could not make it to the courtroom because of a bevy of "logistical reasons related to his health."

Authorities said Soler's crew brought the guns to the city on Metro-North trains.
On top of the suspected gun fiend's sheer size, Soler had a heart attack around a month ago and has diabetes, said his father, Jesse.
Soler's frame engulfed the wheelchair, to which he was handcuffed, in the tiny, grey-walled, eight-by-10-foot room.
He wore a tan shirt, gray shorts that ran up his thighs, white socks around his chubby legs, and black sandals.
Assistant Deputy Attorney General Howard Feldberg detailed how the accused Bloods boss was caught on tape describing his gun-smuggling operation.
Authorities have said the crew smuggled in many of the firearms on Metro-North trains.
"He's been intercepted over hundreds of wire conversations," said Feldberg.
Soler faces 25 years in prison on charges of felony conspiracy, criminal possession and criminal sale of firearms. He was also charged with plotting to kill a rival gang member.
He was remanded until his next court date on June 15.
Befuddled court officials say the heavy-duty situation is unlike anything they've ever seen.
"I've certainly never experienced anything like it,"said Chief Administrative Judge Robert Torres. "His size created logistical challenges that could not be resolved."
