your stars are but dust on my shoes
It was a crazy third and fourth.

Truth be told Inoue has never been the same physically after that. Not saying it's affected his boxing or anything, but that punch changed his life kinda. He looks different now etc.

Yeah, he's got that slightly wandering broken orbital eye now.

Legit can't wait for this. I got the Monster winning by decision but Donaire won't make it easy.
I have no problem with Inoue. Like watching him fight.

But I'm going with Flash. I been a Flash fan since day one. I ain't turn my back in him after the Rigo fight and I ain't turning my back on him now.

Listened to the Ring Gang podcast coverage on this. Couldn’t agree more, TR is dropping the ball hard to far. A bunch of stuff on IG won’t cut it, they need to give us at least a 10-15 minute promo/shoulder programming for this one.

I’ve been looking at the Amazon Prime Video Japan Twitter and IG and they’re pushing this hard.

On a plus side, Andy Hiraoka is on this card. Good to see him get some shine.

I don't remember Nonito having Inoue fighting so nervous in the third, after getting clipped with heavy shots in the second.:wow:

Holy shyt, Inoue was covering up his right eye starting in the third round.:wow:

The way Donaire busted up Inoue's face in the eighth. Blood dripping from his nose and eyes.:damn:

Are the official scorecards posted online?? Can't believe they were as wide as they were.
Nonito's my favorite active fighter so I might not be too objective lol.

But I think we'll see if there are any residual issues with Monster when he gets into the ring with him again. I remember when he fought Moloney he seemed very tentative at first but then got in his groove. With Nonito, he knows the threat level's super high & that he could get clipped, hurt, or his face busted up again at any moment. We'll see if that effects his performance or gives him any lingering issues.

One thing's for sure to me after watching the first fight: if Nonito uses his jab more, he could get Monster out of there this time. And if Monster still keeps his habit of admiring his work or lunging; he'll get stopped this time

Donaire acquitted himself well in the first fight, but I think he'll get stopped this time. Also, I didn't take issue with the wide scorecards. Donaire had success but it was highly concentrated. Round for round I think Inoue had him well beat.
