I don't let the car run to warm up the engine, I let it run to warm up the cabin so that me and the kids are nice and toasty getting in.

fukk just getting in a car when it's -5 outside and driving without warming the shyt up.

I see people starting they’re car and taking off in the cold with out warming it a bit, that’ll fukk some shot up eventually

MOst newer cars dont need a long warming up process, tho. If your car is (say) 2005 or newer warming it up for about 60 seconds should be fine but i still let mine warm up for about 3 minutes.

I learned a couple weeks ago that's apparently what you're supposed to do. Just wipe off, get in and drive

I'm in Texas now, but road salt is MURDER on one's car cuz it's so corrosive. Worst party of the winter. I always had a garage so my shyt never was icy or covered with snow.
