Cops are pieces of sh!t man I tell ya even if she was medically cleared to leave the hospital, she was obviously having trouble doing so. Take her to a safe place and drop her off. Instead, these goofies arrest her, manhandle her, and eventually exacerbate her condition to the point that she dies

yeah this is more on the hospital than the police. Hospital about to get sued to oblivion on this. Chances are she only had medicade or no insurance and the hospital wasn't going to make enough treating her, so they stablized her and released her.
