Bet you he started of as her “mentor” all of a sudden when she was of age she magically became his woman. He needs to be investigated for grooming, and his congregation needs to call his ass out for this and seek a new spiritual leader.

All of this starts out as the grown up playing best friends or mentor, and all of that public playing turns into private sessions where they really go to manipulate the girl/young woman and they always use innocent touch and then escalate.
Shouldn't no grown man be spending a bunch of isolated, alone time with an underage girl if that's not his daughter.
To be fair, we can't just assume he was playing that 'I see the blessing all over you' game. Did he meet this girl when she was above age and they just ended up married, such as meeting her when she was 20? If so, is it a bit creepy? Yes, but it's not the same as him taking a 15 or 16 year old girl under his tutelage and then marrying her 3 or 4 years later.

If she an adult, he can marry who he wants. She been an adult since she was 18. As long as nothing inappropriate happened when she was a child, I see nothing wrong.
