Slow and steady wins the race. Its not so much one grand move, but a multitude of little insignifacant moves that compound to make a great man.
To make real money like that you've gotta be ahead of the curve. You cant ride the wave. Example, made 20% two days in a row(20+20) when e-cigs first came out( before legislation) , made 30% in a month when $-PZZA-$ ceo said slick sht about black folk, but company had solid financials, and made 60% on Canada weed stocks over the course of a week (shortly before legislation) . But you had to know about all 3 months in advance.
OP, you missed the boat on this one. Just have a pool of money for the nxt crisis. If you waited a few months for foreclosures, then you could be ahead of the next home-flipping craze through personal direct investment or passive reit(s)

If you are interested in stock and quick flips you are better off doing options trading.
Why not both? Fools always want quick fixes instead of investing time in shyt that will actually benefit them long term and solid back up for the NEXT time the economy/stock crash
