That's one of them ESPN made up stats,the % is low but 4% . Giants went 0-2 in 2007 won Super Bowl. The 1992 Chargers went 0-4 and made the playoffs.Anything is possible

You're right that the 4% makes no sense. Unfortunately I haven't seen that number, like, ever.

A cursory Google search claims there is a 12% probability for an 0-2 team to make the postseason.
