White people even being shamed for not having enough diversity in their friends circle and when they do have non-white friends in their group they get thefor saying it.

Yeah, but then we'd have to begin comparing the social aspects of [immigrant][non-american]cultures. We're discussing black and white Americans here, not why Asian and Arab families tend to stick together and build communities when they emigrate to the US. That's a totally different discussion.
Consider the geographical break down of black people in this country.

It's not hard to see why it would be easier for blacks to have more white friends... I mean there are white people in this country that have never seen black people in real life.

I was the 'token' throughout middle and high school, i used to chill with mainly Puerto Ricans & Dominicans.
Most of the blacks who went to my school was into that hood crew ybz/ygz gang shyt, so i decided to distance myself away from it.
