His neck is too long and thick relative to the size of his skull. It's like having the head of 5'4" dude on a 7'7" body.
If it was the old NBA he would have a chance to have some sort of impact.
But this new NBA......coaches won't even use this dude in the post and will have him stand out side shooting threes. Then the refs will never give him a foul if he decided to play in the post and call all types of fouls any time he tried to challenge a shot when one of these midget guards came in tbe paint....

sadly these guys rarely pan out. I remember Kenny George from UNC Asheville was like this height. He actually was in the NCAA college basketball video games and everything. Dude stamina was pure trash (in the game never watched him in real life), you could only play him for like 4-5 minutes a quarter before he was 50%

Yeah if he really is just still in physical development and actually grow into proportion and fills out his frame, it will be interesting in what he can do.
