philosophically im against the concept. again, tax the people more beforehand. taxing a dead person makes no sense to me.

Eh, I disagree with how you're looking at it. For the moment it's one of the only effective ways to force these guys to pay what they owe given all the loopholes in capital gains, overseas stashes, etc. if we could enforce taxes better I could agree with you
