Damn right. If hip hop albums were the NCAA tournament, OTOTW would be my #1 seed in the South region and I put it up there with ANY album, regardless of region

My favorite 8ball & MJG album use to pop in my cassette tape and let it ride then flip to side B. Timeless musik right here

i remember when i first heard this album....i was at oak cliff boys club boxing......a coach named herb had pulled up in his trunk blasting it it wasnt even out yet he had that hoe a good 3weeks early ...i hopped out the ring gloves and all ...asked em what is it ...he started laughin .. he told me asked did i want to meet em ..he knew i was a music head...useta always trade stuff with em.. the couple of months i was there.. whenever i came down if i had something new i make em a dub...

he took me to mr blues record store that was in deer path shoppin center...literally up the street...

..soon as i went in... mjg said this lil nikka is everywhere he aint suppose to be ..your daddy know u up here...herb was lookin at me crazy./.. i said nall... they started laughin...n gave me a poster signed it .. gave me the album and sampler of crime boss 2nd album that had chemical imbalance... warning n get mine n and a couple of other songs that had nola...on it ...never made the album but i had it ...


herb asked how i did i know em.. told em my pops did for em...and we came back ...

pops picked me up ..tombout .so u seen ball n g today..im like yep.. got 2 albums..
