On Friday night, the House voted 395-8 in favor of approving an additional $225 million for the Iron Dome missile defense system. Please call and tweet these 8 members of Congress thanking them for voting against this measure that continues to support Israel's military, without addressing the Occupation of Palestine.

Justin Amash, R-Mich. 202-225-3831 @justinamash
Keith Ellison, D-Minn. 202-225-4755 @keithellison
Walter Jones, R-N.C. 202-225-3415 @RepWalterJones
Representative Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif. 202-225-3072 @RepZoeLofgren
Congressman Thomas Massie, R-Ky. 202-225-3465 @RepThomasMassie
Congressman Jim Moran, D-Va. 202-225-4376 @Jim_Moran
Congressman Beto O'Rourke, D-El Paso 202-225-4831 @RepBetoORourke
Congressman Mark Sanford, R-S.C. 202-225-3176 @MarkSanford

"I could not in good conscience vote for borrowing $225 million more to send to Israel, without debate and without discussion, in the midst of a war that has cost more than a thousand civilian lives already, too many of them children," O'Rourke said in a statement.

This is why democracy is a failed system. These people are supposed to represent the people yet everything they do is for their own personal interest. These people need to be left in the Serengeti to their own devices.

I was just saying in another thread that i notice names like O'rouke & Moran as being Irish.

The IRA & PLO are very tight and they both have suffered similar oppression from powerful regimes.

Alot of people don't know but Gaddafi was once a major supporter of the IRA.

We once had Black & Irish leaders in America like MLK & JFK but they both got gunned down for obvious reasons.

Now we have a Black president and Irish Vice president who don't have the courage to serve their own people.

I feel bad for Americans who think the US is in a recession or depression because it's simply not true.

America has so much extra tax payer money to give away it's not even funny, case in point this thread.

Better premise, even worse in practice.

It can be gotten correctly, just look at all of the examples that history has provided us. Governments and countries are more than their citizens and their collective rights, don't forget that.
