We the last batch of real nikkas left.

How you brehs holding up health wise?

What supplements you taking, exercise routines etc.

I’m asking about this specific age group because whenever I see people men or women in this age group they look significantly younger than they are.

How about the coli.

You nikkas better be taking care of yourselves we’ll be 40 before you know it

still in great shape but permanently hurt, and getting hurt by random shyt which should only be taking out old people :mjcry:

lifting/diet/supplement routine's been the same the same since my early 20s, just basic barbell exercises, eat everything in sight, chug whey, repeat

I do a variation of this even though I don’t have back pain. I view it as preventative. This is around the age where joints start going to shyt if you don’t take care of them.

I fukked my knee up low key permanantly in a motorcycle crash early this year. Pretty much the end of my fitness journey. Haven’t been to the gym since, and don’t plan on doing so ever again. I have a weight bench at home. So i still press 2 or 3 times a week during the warmer months (none insulated porch) but thats it.

88 checking in...

No gray, no balding and still got my hairline (though growing it out in the pandemic helped with some thinning at the temples) :ahh:
Weigh about the same as HS :ahh:

Can still dunk at 5'10", run a sub 8 min mile and do 15 pullups like it's nothing :ahh:

Just got done building a home gym to get into lifting :ahh:

But I'd be lying if I said I didn't do all this because most of the men in my family didn't live long (60-70) and the few that did, didn't take care of themselves so I'm just trying to give myself a fighting chance :to:

Im pretty good gym wise, I need to get back to playing intramural sports though. I'm not disciplined enough to do cardio consistently.

6'0, just crossed over the 200 lb mark. Think I'll start cutting once it hits fall tho
