I don't know...GFW isn't really that promising to me.

I like that he's trying to form relationships with other organizations and scouting indy talent, but there's already a lot of the same hokeyness in his strategy. Same ring, same baseball events, a lot of rehashed TNA talent. Actually linking up with TNA. In a lot of ways, it already is re-branded TNA.

I get the hooking up with Dixie part just because he has a wrestling company but no TV deal so he needs to get his product on TV somehow.
And supposedly the baseball events are helpful for marketing even though being in big ass baseball stadiums with nothing but empty seats is not a good look.
And re-branding is what TNA needs desperately. That name is just trash with wrestling fans and I don't see it ever changing.
At least GFW, while having Jarrett in charge and featuring some TNA wrestlers, is doing other things that have potential like working relationships with some of the best wrestlers in the world.
If GFW merged we could be seeing matches like The Wolves vs The Young Bucks or Nakamura vs Roode with the relationship Jarrett has formed with New Japan.
I just think, since I don't want TNA totally dead or GFW to fail, that the best thing for both companies is to just become one company. Preferably with Dixie only involvement being to spend her dad's money and maybe bring out Dem Fiddles for a brief heel boss run once or twice.

I dont even hate on TNA but I havent built it up in myself to watch after EC3 finally won the title, felt like I had no reason to watch after that. I should support tho.

Its supposed to be but Dixie outsourced it to Japan last year and there has been almost zero build up for this year's show as far as I could tell from watching last night.

So what's next now? This month is officially it. Dixie hasn't been working on getting a new tv deal on a different network? Hopefully there's a plan in place to regroup.

I do think they should go ahead and merge with gfw tho. Jeff Jarrett doesn't seem like he's 100% ready to let tna go.

I do want tna to stick around even if it's rebranding with another promotion.

I really don't want Dixie Carter to be apart of it tho. She knows nothing about the wrestling business or any business for that matter.

I've been following the product since 04 and even tho the company has done a lot of dumb things it was still good to have around. Alot of great matches throughout the years and another alternative to wwe.
