I'm probably completely wrong, but Garcia and 2.0 are being primed for something - the writer in me feels like there's a last line in that story that they haven't hit yet intentionally...

I'm still not convinced that Tony Khan - being as obsessed as he is with WCW - doesn't have Bryan come in on some Bash At The Beach '96 shyt....I mean - This year is the 25th Anniversary and they'd even have Sting involved too, for the 'history repeating' aspect

Can someone school me on 2.0? I know they were in WWE, but were they a big deal in NXT and 205 live? Seems odd that a random tag team that WWE let go is immediately put into programs with Moxley/Kingston and Sting/Darby.

From the little I know of them - they were supposedly characters that people liked in WWE. The fact that they came out of nowhere was I get using them as random cannon fodder to put people over, but with the pretty meticulous way they teased the Punk signing across all of their media, it just seems odd that they bring these guys in and have them in a match with Sting within two weeks and not have a bigger plan for them.

it just feels weird that they'd bring in three new talents, given how careful they can be with the booking, when they could have easily given three currently signed guys from HFO or something that same spot.
