no because different "races" can share the same haplogroups... some french share the same as north africans and etc... north africans with east aricans so and so forth.

They don't really "share" the same groups though, do they? There is a diversity of hablogroups found throughout the races, however the primary hablorgroups for Europeans are R1a and R1b. R1b is more predominate in Western Euro's and R1b is heavier in Eastern Europe.

People with heavy hablo admixture would obviously become mixed raced.

of course they're sharing it ... if they're considered different races and possess the same haplogroup as another "race" then they're sharing it bruv. It isn't true that they'd necessarily be considered mixed race.. some of these people are considered white if you go purely by visual classification. Again you don't get to pick your phenotype and it definitely doesn't tell the whole story.

Keep thinking the genetic lottery which is chaotic and random via meiosis can conform to basic human categorization via cultural/ social/ historical narratives.
