This shyt slapped so hard. Chopper City in The Ghetto is just a notch below 400 Degreez as an early Cash Money classic

Wasn't nothing questionable about Ha to me though, I fuc*ed with it AND the remix...

"...Now they sick of you duckin, dodgin, and weavin and sh*t
How they call you when you don't return they beeps
Now they ready to kill you and all your peeps
You done fuc*ed around with some wild nig*as
You done fuc*ed off the dough of Juvenile and Jigga's
You better get it back, or sleep where the river's at
They send shots through your fitted cap
They got big guns that go brrrrrrrap, brrrrrrrap, brrrrap
Where your nig*as at?..."

Marc Klasfeld...dude was like the Anti-Hype Williams back in the late 90's...tried to show the grit of the city the artists were from (though Cash Money is an Army i think was actually filmed in LA)...he did Nelly's Country Grammar video too

Folks thought I was crazy the way I was bumping both of them albums. I used to kill that BG and I ended up liking it more than 400 Degrees. They both personal classics. Off the strength of those I ended up coppin all the hold Hot Boyz albums.

Are you searching for the old Chopper City album by BG before they got their national deal or Chopper City In The Ghetto which was a major release.

I'm not too familiar with the old CMR albums. I was living in NYC at the time and that city is filled with haters. At the time they didn't fukk with anything outside of NY. I'm just now going back and appreciating all the good shyt that came out that I didn't get a chance to listen to because of where I was living.

With that said, hook a nikka up with your CMR collection. All of it. :myman:

All my old shyt got jacked out of my car. Only old CMR I got left is BG "It's All On You" volumes 1 and 2 I think.

Silent BG is still mys hit.

Was that that Wayne song?

I hated "Ha" when it came out but I really like + appreciate it now. I regret not getting into CMR shyt when it was out... rap is never quite as good when you get into it "after the fact"

BG featuring Weezy on the hook

I know you see the jewelry it's berserk and on shine

I know you see the bulge under the shirt don't try

I know you people wishin' that one day we gon' stop

I know you recognize we got the game on lock

I know you see the Bentleys, the broads, the Dubs

I know you see the thugs you don't wanna see no blood

I know you people wishin' that one day we gon' stop

I know you recognize we got the game on lock" :steviej:
