Criminal Cases

The defendant enters a plea to the charges brought by the U.S. Attorney at a court hearing known as arraignment. More than 90 percent of defendants plead guilty rather than go to trial. If a defendant pleads guilty in return for the government agreeing to drop certain charges or to recommend a lenient sentence, the agreement often is called a “plea bargain.” If the defendant pleads guilty, the judge may impose a sentence, but more commonly will schedule a later hearing to determine the sentence. In most felony cases the judge waits for the results of a presentence report from the court’s probation office before imposing sentence. If the defendant pleads not guilty, the judge will schedule a trial.

The cases are so strong that most people pleaded. Or worse, they snitch.:demonic: Trust not a soul upon the Earth. It's okay to be paranoid sometimes.

Ain't got shyt to do with cases being strong imo
People can't afford proper representation and the sentencing is set up such that it's an incentive just to take the deal even if you're innocent

nikkas were in the Tax thread talking about the Feds having strong cases on people not realizing a lot times they illegally compile evidence and use bullshyt like RICO and conspiracy charges that require a lower burden of proof to implicate people in crimes. Ain't giving them pussies credit for their unfair system that mainly targets non violent black people

People don't realize how easy it is to catch a conspiracy charge. Just be seen with the wrong person taking the wrong picture or having a certain conversation can lead to incarceration.
