My vote goes to the
SNES.
Super Mario World/Kart/RPG, Chrono Trigger, Zelda, Castlevania 4, Mega Man X, Super Metroid, Final Fantasy 4 and 6, Earthbound, Donkey Kong Country 1-3, Secret of Mana
The
PS1 is 1B though.
Final Fantasy 7-9, Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania SOTN, Ape Escape, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, Tekken, Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Resident Evil 1-3, Tomb Raider, etc.
The Dreamcast was a incredible console, but by the time Sega released it, their past mistakes had already caught up to them and it was too late. Jet Set Radio is piff though.
The Genesis was dope until Sega screwed up and started forming like Voltron with their own system (Sonic 3 and Knuckles, Phantasy Star IV, Streets of Rage, Gunstar Heroes

)
The 64 was great for Mario 64, the Zeldas, and Super Smash Bros. It also had a lot of dope racing and wrestling games. Sadly, they just didn't have enough third party support and if we want to be real with ourselves, a lot of those early 3D N64 games aged like milk
The 90s were the GOAT decade for gaming regardless
