Interesting that this thread came up today when last night I was at a bar with friends talking about hip-hop albums from the 90s that aged well, can make the same impact and would be critically acclaimed today. A tribe called Quest was the first one that popped in my mind.

There were dope cuts on this album but I gotta go back and replay it. I don't think I ever played the full album :patrice:this is making me feel old now and I'm only mid 20s:beli:

The lyrics and flow are priceless plus you put these songs in the whip and they BANG.

i still have their demo of that album on cassette at my Moms.. met those cats before it dropped, and still go see them anytime their in/around town..
