the same thing usually gets said by black people/parents when something like this happens though. There is always parents/people etc. saying how much of a good person so and so was, only difference is with black ppl nobody believe that shyt

should be charged as an adult with some type of manslaughter or something i doubt he knew he was going to kill the guy over a punch.

I'm wondering how this case will play out. A kid from my town is doing 10 years for manslaughter for killing a guy in a fist fight. The kid that died hit his head on the sidewalk and never woke up. The fight was consensual though.

In the Utah case the kid straight up sucker punched the ref. If the kid is a minority he will be old and gray if they let him out. If he is not a minority he will serve a lesser sentence. That whole "he comes from a good hard working family" defense is bullshyt in the hood, but it does work in suburbia sometimes.

I know the kid did not mean to kill the guy, he made a very costly mistake.
