Although colonialism is gone in Africa it's still a heavy imprint on the continent. It's going to take a long time before that isn't the case probably hundreds of years.

Colonialism affected hong kong and vietnam and singapore too. What you don’t see is bars discriminating against asians in those countries.

Before anyone comes in and says it. Capetown is NOT majority black. It's 38.6% Black and if I'm not mistaken the majorty of those families came to the western cape region AFTER apartheid ended in the 90s.

Coloureds make up the pluraity at 42.4%

Basically Capetown is about as "black" as Milwaukee MI in the US.

Look all I'm saying is it's obviously still got a grip on the continent that's plain to see imo.
