Oh yes. Im getting nostalgic just looking at this.
There were more people in general in Pittsburgh in the 90s compared to now. The loss of the steel industry led to many people leaving the area.

Some areas got better, but still black people have been leaving the area just due to a lack of jobs and general opportunities.
