A better trilogy then the Bourne movies?

Finished watching Ultimatum and I expected the quality to drop after watching the first one, outside the fight sequences which took a dip, it remains consistently good through out.

Even if the third one was weak, the Godfather trilogy is better.

Star Wars and LotR got it too.

I'll be honest though, the consistency thing is major with the Bourne flicks. Imagine if Terminator 3 was as good as 2 or Alien 3 as good as Aliens...those trilogies would be crazy.

Edit: And don't sleep on the Ip Man trilogy for all the action movie heads.

Lord of the rings? Put me to sleep literally both movies that I saw were a punishment.

Star Wars, someone would have to pay me to watch those movies, just being honest.
I've heard the latter movies didn't hold up anyway.

Guy mentioning Nolan's cliche Batman, I mean in terms of what? Acting, story, fight/action sequences it beats it in every category, had me on the edge (phone was on sleep mode throughout.)

If it wasn't for Ledger's Joker and his death the series wouldn't get the recognition that it gets.

The Bourne movies were cool, but it was pretty much the same shyt every move.

Jason Bourne running from some other top flight agents and getting away. Some CQC fight that lasts 5 to 10 minutes, a car chase... movies are cool, but when I see people putting it in the GOAT trilogy category I just...

I see people are still overrating the fukk out of Batman Begins. I like the movie but it aint nowhere near as good as people have made it out to be.

lotr is ass cheeks and has no replay value.
back to the future 1 is a classic but fell off hard with 2 & 3.
havent seen godfather so cant compare the two.

i have star wars, dark knight and bourne as my top 3 trilogy. toy story is up there as well

You lack perspective when it comes to the godfather. It's so influential that hundreds of movies have ripped it off since then, so if you see it for the first time now it doesn't have the same impact.
