No Beyonce isn't scared of Keri Hilson. Basically I don't think Beyonce just outright blackballs. It's just other people that disassociate just because they'd rather be in Jay and Bey's good favor. Also the game isn't good for black female artists right now. Beyonce, Rihanna, and Nick Minaj are like the only ones doing anything noteworthy. So having one of their fanbases dislike you pretty much makes it a tough hill to climb. Also who is Keri Hilson going to write for? I just named the only three major black female artists and they all have strong Beyonce associations. I suppose she could write for pop artists or male acts.
