A company is making a game about poor Black people in Chicago

It's around $15 for an experience that lasts a little over 2 hours. It has slightly more actual gameplay than your average visual novel and the longest and most "engaging" part of that is working the cash register at the local hood fast food spot (I don't recall seeing pizza puffs on the menu...).

There are 2 shootings, the unseen one in the trailer and one later in the game. One robbery and one "fight". I truly think their heart was in the right place but the execution missed the mark. One of the biggest flaws is being dialog heavy while having lifeless, monotonous one sided convos throughout.

Looks like a trash game but if it's trying to spread positively then I can't hate.
