@R=G thread is a mess. I was listening to this interview earlier today and it was pretty good, I never heard Sasha discuss her life that openly, it was interesting and deserves a better thread. Link is below.

Here's the cliffs:

- She was poor growing up. Her father left. Mom had her and her brother who is autistic. They moved around all over the place trying to find him the best help.

- Sasha was made fun of by other kids because of her hair (often times she was the only black girl in school) and because her family lived at a hotel. She would try to have the bus driver drop her off elsewhere.

- When mom got a steady job, Sasha dropped out of high school to stay with her brother. One time her brother nearly died in her arms from a seizure.

- Wrestling was one thing on TV that was her escape. She was a huge fan of Smackdown. She always wanted to wrestle, that's why she's emotional all the time, her upbringing and her life, she said she can't help it.

-She stayed away from drugs and sex because she needed to be there for her brother. She began training in Boston at like 16-17.

- She talked about Mikaze. She never said fans wouldn't have stood a chance. She said it's illogical to think like that. Which it is.

- She met Mikaze at the training school but she didn't have any conversation with him for the first year.

- She thought Mikaze wasn't attractive. She really did say that. But when they started talking about movies and other shyt she fell in love with his personality.

- When she got signed to go to NXT, Mikaze went with her to Florida.

- She don't wanna be on Total Divas and she feels sad when people attack Mikaze and call him ugly. She said she tries to keep it low key to protect him.

- She discusses being a role model for young black girls and how she likes that the roster is so diverse.

- Mikaze got a job making the costumes and Sasha tries on all :styles: gear before her ever gets it. Because he's the GOAT.

This is very sweet. Makes me hate when she cries a little less. She still has to learn how to stay in character tho

I said in the other thread but I'll bring it up here again. I've actually fell for this too with other IG girls in the past but have learned from my mistakes.

For some reason social media (fandoms) make people think they can bag someone just because they follow them, especially with IG and Snap where people talk straight into the screen.

While I did have a crush on Sasha, I love that she isn't shallow and got with someone who had similar interests from wrestling, anime to movies.

Just to add on.

Props to her for trying to be a role model for black girls. Some mixed girls might've went the other way because of what her pops did.

Also I don't see how someone could get it in their mind to harass someone's spouse. If you want to scoff or hate do that in private.
