It seems like it just flips. The big kids in HS are skinny now and the skinny ones are big. My theory is that people who are skinny as kids never really think about their diet or exercising so when they gey older and that metabolism slows down they blow up. Conversely folks that been big all their life eventually get tired and get serious. They have likely tried multiple methods along the way before finding the right one.It’s so weird seeing brehs that were small most their life get husky later in life
