That's youtube's job, not mine. I didn't upload this and it has nothing to do with my account. How am I stealing for using youtube the way it was intended?

Im confused now....explain the situation. You posted a video on youtube that was already posted? Or were u sent a take down notice about a video that u never uploaded....You aren't giving exact details about your situation. Explain.

don't even say get lost man! just ask why you can't use a Youtube video when Youtube gave you permission to post it elsewhere in their terms and agreements. If this prick wants to be legal then keep posting the Youtube terms and conditions and all that. They have to deal with youtube on this.

For all you know, the guy who posted the video owns the video and Immortal doesn't.

I simple posted the video on my site. Instead of waiting for youtube to take it down they are poppin threats at me. I would be no different had someone posted the video here.
