i wish i knew where to find the clip. i remember watchin this one time, they came to tow this mexican truck, he lean out the window upstairs, smokin a blunt and caught em. when they told him what they was doin he came down arguin and shyt and i think they threatened to call the cops or somethin but he took off and went back inside... then came back out like "fukk you! 
" and hopped in this other car, swerved that bytch forward a few feet and then just stopped i guess to figure out what he gon do since they was in the way. parkin guy just lookin at him like 
... next thing you know this nikka peels off and is SPEEDIN down the street and turns out the neighborhood in reverse

or that other old ass lady that got a hydrant ticket and started following around the spanish meter maid brawd, making sure she gave tix to every other violator, bothering her on her shift and shyt, till the cops came and told her she couldn't follow the meter maid around anymore
