Josh did right. Sexual harassment is wrong no matter the gender. It also doesn’t matter if the woman is attractive. No one should have to put up with that in the work place
Had the same shyt happen to a breh I worked with years ago...
You have to be careful when reporting these trifling bytches because they're crazy vindictive...
Basically this one project manager kept touching dude and calling him pet names...She was not bad looking, this was a legit 32 year old recently divorced PAWG...We used to go out to bars after work and every time she came with us she was all over dude...A couple of times she sat on my lap at the bar trying the same shyt with me so we used to always kid around like this bytch tryna get a train run on her...I was recently married and my dude was engaged and we both told her this repeatedly...At one point dude came to me and basically said P I don't know what to do with bytch, she want the D but I keep telling her I got a fiance...His concern was if he went to HR the bytch would try to flip the script and because he black and she's white he felt they'd believe her and fire him...I told him breh just get HR involved and if you need me for a witness put my name down, I got you...
He escalated to HR and they had an investigation, found her to be inappropriate and told her to stay away from dude or she would be fired...This vindictive nasty cave bytch less than 2 weeks after that sent an anonymous letter to dudes fiance and called her saying he cheating on her...His fiance went crazy as expected, breh ended up sleeping a night at my crib and I had to get my wife to explain to his fiance what was going on...We needed proof though, we know she got his address and fiance number from HR records (his fiance was listed as his emergency contact) but how she did it we could not prove...She obviously knew somebody in that department and they did some shady shyt...
This is where being cool with the IT dudes came in handy...This was a hail marry but all firm employees have private share drives that a select few IT folk can access...I knew one of them, was a real chill whiteboy so I explained to him the situation, I told him I need someone to take a look at her private share drive for a word document related to that letter and dude was eager to help...Since me and her both work in the same department, our private drives are in the same directory so all he needed was for me to open a support request ticket to go into that directory...
A day after opening the ticket, IT dude text me a picture of a word document of the letter the dumb bytch sent brehs fiance and had the audacity to save it with dudes fiance first name on it...There is our evidence she did that shyt but how the fukk do you report this without getting IT dude fired? We had no answer for that...IT dude tells me data retention policy is like 30 days so I knew we had time to think of something even if she deletes it...About a month later breh gets called into HR and after like 20 minutes comes back with a huge smile on his face...I asked him what happened, he says the bytch got fired, they found the letter on her share drive...I call IT dude for more details, basically she accidentally deleted a file and opened a support ticket to get it restored...He saw the ticket and now had a legit reason to look at her private drive...She still had the word document with brehs fiance name on it and he then promptly reported it to HR...
Needless to say that IT dude was invited to the bachelor party and wedding...

The main problem IMO was dude was not forceful enough...Man that's foul as shyt.
How did his attempts to get her to stop go before he went to HR?
