These new gen scholars think they are really scholaring huh!? :russ:

They've been using Rap lyrics at trials since even before Snoop, Pac, Puff, Jay, Shyne, etc.

They have always been cases for and against dismissing it. New gen pathetic attempts to be part of something groundbreaking.

Gen Zzzzzzzzz. Tired ass generation. :hubie:

UMG basically wants to gaslight and say “your little culture says you can call each other p3dos and we can profit off of it so go protect your “culture” bro”

Thats nasty work :picard:

See, I get why Drake is suing especially a company he’s in business with but goddamn is this just messy. Cause UMG was initially saying “this is free speech so get over it”…now they’re saying “well no one really believes this” :dahell:

So you got “the culture” saying “let us call you this because of the “rules” that aren’t even defined but are implied in battles” and yall got people saying well drake should tolerate being called this for “the love of the game” :snoop:

when I hear “racial bias” about anything that isn’t about actual racism from a lot of these new age liberal arts FD Signifier types I know I’m about to be in some tortured logic that takes an 3 hours to maybe get to the point and it will still not stick the landing.

Drake honestly has to know that UMG may even have a point in saying this could hurt their liability but on the flip side, UMG has to know Drake is gonna want to be paid for them promoting the song like that. Like c’mon now. UMG would have to be completely heartless not to slid drake bread under the table for saying “yeah this is kinda nasty work so here’s a few M’s just to acknowledge you got played"

Imagine being told “yo, let us imply you’re a sex offender for the love of rap” :dead:

holy shyt :snoop:

Yes he is being told that. If you dont like being called a pedo you shouldve pulled up to confront Kendricks like T.I when he went to Cloverland.

If you dont like being called a pedo, you shouldve rapped as if you were actually offended as any black man would be. That shouldve inspired you to deliver your most scathing, most threat filled, most lyrical rap of all time. Instead he tried to non chalant his way out of it,while secretly having his lawyers looking for legal precedents to get the record banished:sadcam:

I dont think most people actually thought he was a pedo. But now EVERYBODY thinks hes a bytch AND a snitch nikka:wow:

Drake isn’t suing to have the record taken down.

See, I wish when yall spoke on this topic that yall were actually accurate.
