a$$hole Neighbors keyed my car

Some background on the situation. I live with my family in a downstairs bedroom apartment and it has been a nightmare. We dealt with 3 sets of bad upstairs neighbors and now we're on our 4th. These apartments were badly built and are too close quartered you can hear everything especially at night.
After our last neighbors and an older couple moved over us and it was wonderful. We finally had peace they were nice and quiet. A month before the holidays they started moving people in and so now basically they are eleven people in a 2 bedroom apartment over us. And they were noisy as fukk stomping over us and waking everyone in the house up at 5 am, blasting music over us, slamming windows, and one couple in there is always fighting and throwing shyt ( @ 5am) and scaring my younger siblings.
So we complained.

Anyway my mom called me from and told me someone keyed my car. (My mom is using my car while hers in shop.) She's still at work so I havent seen it but we know it was those a$$holes up stairs, but we need evidence to back it up. What should we do? I'm pissed and I want to go pop those a$$holes tires.

if you have no evidence, you can't make any moves
and if you do something, you might be the one getting in trouble

try and see if you can find someone who witnessed it

This guy I used to fukk with had shytty neighbors and they keyed his car so he installed security cameras, caught them vandalizing the property, got a restraining order and kept it moving he couldn't fight nobody bc it was teenage kids and a piece of shyt single mom so he got the law involved.

We don't have security camera around our complex either so that doesn't help. It was parked in the parking lot shed when it happened. So Im thinking set up a gopro in our stall in case they try to fukk with it again
