FIND A HUSTLE THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE YOUR PRESENCE. PASSIVE INCOME CAN BE NICE.

IF YOU HAVE DECENT CREDIT YOU CAN GET ON THE OWNER/OPERATOR HUSTLE. WORKS REAL WELL IF YOU'RE ALREADY A DRIVER. JUST BUY A SECOND VEHICLE AND HIRE A DRIVER TO WORK FOR YOU. SPLIT THE INCOME 3 WAYS AND PROFIT. RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL YOU'RE HAPPY. YOU COULD WORK YOUR OWN FLEET AND QUIT YOUR 9-5 AFTER A WHILE.

I'VE SEEN SOME GUYS RUN THIS VENDING MACHINE CIRCUIT. THEY SAY THAT THEY MAKE A GOOD CHUNK OF CASH FOR MINIMAL WORK. I'M NOT SURE HOW IT WORKS BUT IT LOOKS LEGIT ENOUGH.

LANDSCAPING/SNOW REMOVAL. I PERSONALLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SNOW REMOVAL THING. I DRIVE FOR A LIVING NOW SO ON DAYS WHEN THE SNOW IS TOO BAD TO WORK I CAN STILL MAKE MONEY. THIS LAST STORM WE HAD NETTED ME ALMOST 1K AFTER GAS AND STUFF. DECENT LIL PICK UP FOR A FEW HOURS WORK.

BREH IF YOU WORK IN A CALL CENTER OR PLANT AND YOU DON'T HUSTLE AVON OR CD'S YOU POURING JELLY ON YOURSELF. MY CD SELLS WERE MATCHING MY CHECKS SOME WEEKS. THE AVON LADY WAS KILLING TOO SO I KNOW YOU CAN GET SOME BREAD.

SCHOOL EDITION:

I KNOW YOU HIGH SCHOOL KIDS PLAN ON GETTING YOUR COLLEGE ON. YOU WILL BE BROKE SO HERE GOES THE COLLEGE HUSTLE POST.

LEARN TO TYPE. IF YOU CAN BANG OUT A RESEARCH PAPER IN 1 HOUR YOU CAN MAKE SOME BREAD. THOSE PAPERS GO FOR 30-40 BUCKS BREHS. AND IT'S REPEAT BUSINESS.

LEARN TO DO HAIR. BEING THE ONLY BREH ON CAMPUS THAT CAN LINE UP nikkaS WILL GET YOU SOME DECENT CASH. WORKS FOR BREHS AND BREHETTES.

THIS ONE IS A LIL MORE RISKY. SUB LEASING ROOMS IN A RENTED HOUSE CAN END UP PAYING YOUR RENT. I DID IT FOR 2 SEMESTERS. THE FUNNY PART IS COMPLAINING ABOUT MAKING MORTGAGE PAYMENTS WHILE THEY ARE PAYING YOU RENT. :laff:

THIS IS MORE OF A SAVING MONEY THING. BUY A COSTO MEMBERSHIP. FIND 3 OR 4 GUYS TO SPLIT COSTS OF GROCERIES AND SAVE SOME SERIOUS CASH.

I fukk with vending machines as one of my hustles. It started off hella slow but its been picking up lately. The trick is to get a good spot and good machines. First machine I bought was a used POS but I learned my lesson on that.

And passive income is the GOAT. I fukk with eBay and Etsy for my passive income. I go to a few auctions in my area every week, and I also get shyt off Craigslist too sometimes. Last major score I had was when I went to this Salvation Army Auction and bought a pallet of 2 Wire Wifi Adapters brand new still in the bubble wrap. Nothing special but I paid like $150 for a little under 1,000 adapters and I just put them on eBay for $8 a pop with $3.75 shipping. I would sell at least 1 a day sometimes as many as 10. $11.75 aint a lot but that shyt adds up. Especially when it just takes you 10 minutes to post the ad, then eat off it for months. Antiques go too, I found an Ernie Barnes (the guy who did the artwork in the Good Times house) sketch drawing at this yard sale. It was some white folks having the sale so they was not too concerned with any black artwork and had no idea what is was. I paid $50 for it then sold it for $1400. The appraisal I got on the piece cost more than the purchase price. And the only time I actually am on eBay is Sunday morning when I post whatever I have picked up during the week, then just sit back and watch the bids pile up

eBay is a bytch, and I burned thru like 4 accounts before I finally got the hang of it. But after about a year or so I was eating of it.
What type of stuff was you selling on there?

MOSTLY REFURBISHED CELL PHONES. EBAY WAS JUST TOO ANNOYING WITH THE SHIPPING AND I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO DO TOO MUCH SHIPPING. I DID BETTER WITH CRAIGSLIST BECAUSE I HAD A BUILDING TO WORK OUT OF AND I WOULD LEAVE MY STUFF THERE FOR PICK UP AND COLLECT MY CASH AFTER I GOT OFF WORK. IT MADE IT EASIER TOO BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THOSE LAST MINUTE NEGOTIATORS. THE PERSON THERE WOULD JUST SAY THAT THEY HAVE NO POWER TO NEGOTIATE AND THEY TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT.

Can you speak on this abit more. When you find a spot do you have to give a cut to the owner? How often do you need to restock? Etc

When I first got on eBay I was fukking with the phones but it was to many headaches. People running scams, returning shyt, leaving bad feedback. The hot items, stuff like phones, Jordans and Foams, and high end fashion shyt sells fast as hell but its way too much bullshyt that go with it. And I eat off shipping, I'll charge $6 for shipping on on something when it'll be like $2.37 First Class. Small change but that shyt add up. Craigslist works too though but that game has gotten pretty iffy in my city the last few years, these young nikkas pulling stunts on there left and right. It aint worth getting shot or shooting some 17 y/o kid for a $100 jug on an iPhone.

I got 4 machines at 3 locations, and 2 of those 3 locations I bought from this old dude who had an ad on Craigslist. The vending term for them is vending routes and this dude had like 30 routes he was selling all over North Georgia. Dude was sick and his son wanted no part of the business so he put an ad on Craigslist in the Financial Services section and I saw it and hit him up and copped a route. Nothing big, just 2 locations but its consistent and super easy. I got my other route thru my Dads boss so I kinda networked that, but not really. IMO buying a pre-existing route would be the best way to go. And you do have to give a cut to the owner, how much just depends. I got 1 machine in a redneck beauty salon near Douglasville GA and the owner likes me so I give her nothing. I just stay and chop it up with her for a few extra minutes after I re-stock and she cool with it

when I used to work at Honda me and my patnas used to :ohhh: what if we sold shyt from a vending machine... of course this is after we put a dollar in there..

If you can get a vending machine in a dealership its a wrap.. especially if you put red bulls in there for $3 a pop and you get em for $1.20 or so.. theyll sell out within the day easily..

cookies, red bull, pop corn, doritoes.. youll sell out that shyt every week easy

if theres one thing people do at dealerships, they eat.. a lot.. and bad.. thats why you see so many fat car sales people. They are at work 10-12 hours a day, 8 hours a day making cold calls or gambling quarters or some shyt and 3-5 times a day spending all their money on sushi or other foods :dead:

this 1 is one I am really interested in.. when I was working at Chase as a banker (ive worked at a lot of places :skip: ) this one guy was talking about setting up accounts for either his kids or grand kids I cant remember anyway he was a 3rd party for credit/debit machines at stores like gas stations and wal greens and liquor stores n shyt... I cant remember if he said like .10 cents or .20 cents a transaction... A TRANSACTION so imagine having 100 stores making 100+ transactions a day.. needless to say he was a millionaire and he doesnt do shyt now a days because all the machines are already set up..

shyt :bryan: I needa hop on that :bryan: even if you only sold 1 machine to 1 liquor store or pizza place or small business per day for 100 days you'd be set for life :bryan:

so basically he had no financial commitment to the machines since he was selling them 3rd party and he got a cut out of every transaction
