I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn't think Eminem has fallen off greatly starting with Encore. I know some people (including myself) saw some positives on Relapse and some other areas, but overall the dude has just not been putting out quality albums, especially after what we all became accustomed to with his first 3. Seems like he's just ran out of things to rap about, and has done way to much with trying to change his sound and just keeps making it worse.
