These are very nice photographs and everyone is dressed like I would expect for a NY office holiday party. I would be apprehensive about posting their pictures on this website or on the internet without their permission, but I doubt they would have too much of an issue with it considering they posed at a holiday party. They know those pictures are being posted somewhere.
They usually wait until after the party is over.
