You do realize that same "God" created the material that you need for the chip to work. We can't create those materials. The same "God" made you to function off of very little fuel(thinking, moving, feeling), that chip won't be able to do that. This same "God" allowed you to reprogram YOURSELF, meaning physically or mentally, at ANY MOMENT YOU FEEL LIKE IT. That chip can't. This same "God" made all other type of things like bacteria, fungi, mold that we can't even conceive of making.

Just because we can do something major to US, doesn't mean we are close to being "God". There is a reason why this thing we call "God" is hard for us to imagine. All we can do is EXPERIENCE parts of it, not BE it.
