I don't think he typed a response because of how ridiculous this sounds. Instead of worrying about the money federal/state/local is going to take out, black people should be maximizing what we do with the remainder of our paycheck. That means stacking our money so we can build for ourselves; that is the hard part that 80% of these wannabe militants don't want to talk about. Not going to these malls, restaurants, entertainment spots Year-Round (not just one day/week, these black social media boycotts are a joke) will do more damage than any temporary exemption of a paycheck will do.
This scheme the person in the video came up would do nothing but get black people locked up and charged with felonies for tax evasion. There ain't no getting around paying taxes unless you are a one-percenter taking advantage of millionaire loopholes or in the service industry/self-employed getting cash tips/payment off the radar.

GODDAMN man, the easy answer is NEVER the one people wanna listen to.Stop being a rabid consumer. That is it. Selectively shop, preferably local, cause even doing business online sends money away from your immediate area, money that could be
used for food, energy, property tax (that pretty much keeps schools afloat, at least in Chicago).
You don't have to reinvent the wheel to get things moving. Stop shopping like everything is gravy, and find out how to take over neighborhoods.
