I’m not American so don’t celebrate thanksgiving. My biggest meal of the year is Christmas and I make everything myself

We have peanuts candy on the islands, we roast them and then cook them on a sweet milk mix, cook it until it tickens and then spread in a tray to let it harden and make a bark.

Haitians do it I think with a caramel, their version is less milky and harder.
