I bought a 1st class ticket and on 1st plane I was in Group 1. On the (2nd) connecting flight, I was in Group 6. This was a round-trip domestic flight, 2 planes each way.

Has that ever happened to any of you? Is there a different ticket I got to buy, or did the airlines just fukk me over?

Are you sure you got a first class ticket and not a "plus" seat or business class. Either way first class boards before they start calling out groups

Yeah. It was 1st class. I bought the ticket from Expedia. And it was definitely 1st class.

When buying first class you need to make sure EACH flight is billed as first class. Did u double check your original confirmation?

I've flown first to a connector and then downgraded to plus bc the second arm was only 50 mins to save points. Double check.

On the connecting flight, when it’s time to board just show your ticket. If he tells you to wait, then you’re still first class, you just get on the plane later. (Since you’re group 6)
