I fukked around in 2K17 and put them in a team cuz they have complementary fighting styles and just fit together, and I also got a really cool concept/aesthetic for the team

(Joe's mask and hood doesn't appear in the entrance for some reason) (The Empire of Pain (Rusev the Tsar, Joe the Executioner) is their tag name)
