This isn’t FX quality show
The dialogue is cheesy and awkward
And the teacher is way too fast and casual at overstepping boundaries with her student
This is def a one and done season

I still like Kate tho

I don't see how you got the victim vibe. They show her being bored with her life and escalating the relationship just as much as him pursuing her.

Her actions come off as helpful, innocent. He's the one doing the main pursuing, seeking her help. They only show her dream sequence once to show she subconsciously wants him. I think they need to go.more in that direction.
