Just put it this way. There are maybe 3 black investment banks that make money, two which make ok money.
The only black managing director I've seen make it at a big bank they kicked that nikka out. Hes down here in the A now and told us straight up at a NASP meeting to start a business and leave investment banking
now there are some black guys making in it private equity, little trading, lots of asset management and real estate private equity.
Investment banking is literally who you know, these cacs have generational relationships. And they pretty much grow up together. Its hard to make it to the TOP per say and your working 70-100 hours a week.
