If you expect to be moderately successful in America;you're gonna need to be certified in a trade/skill whether its a plummer, electrician,Hvac technician, a mechanic or any type of certification for work that's in high demand.

Companies today are looking for a skilled workforce that is technology savvy.I'm seeing people who put ten years of dedication into a dead end job with nothing to show for now because the company dident appreciate the decade of work they gave them.

The days of the 90's when things were good and you could get away with not having a trade by working at a fast food spot ,drugstore or supermarket are over if you expect to bring home good money.

Since I sawxthis coming,I've established multiple sources of income over the years because the writing was on the wall ,so now I'm alerting the rest of you guys. Prepare yourself for learning a skill at a trade tech or some type of STATE RUN nonprofit Community College.

Once you obtain certification in a trade,it cannot be taken away from you regardless of how the employer feels therefore, if there's ever a problem at work you can just move on to the next job site and negotiates your prices.

Challenge is a good motivator because it forces black people to step their game up and to become competitive in america.

You don't need a trade or skill to succeed but it is a nice fall back option. More parents should force their kids to learn one as a teenager.
