I don't work @ Walgreens and even if I did, that cashier has the right to refuse serving a customer.
A cashier's job is to ring up items the customer is trying to buy.
They're not gatekeepers.
They have the right to refuse to serve customers.
They have condoms on the shelf but don't want to sell them
Why stop at religious beliefs?
Race, gender, height, method of payment, etc are all fair game for the slippery slope you are describing, like that one religious bakery who didn't wanna patronize a gay couple for religious purposes.
I see where your coming from, but as I said why should it be able to stop at 'religious beliefs'?
What's next somebody brings a 6 pack to the register and the cashier refuses because alcohol is against their religion![]()
