A white co-worker just made a Michael Brown Joke to me...thoughts

Ok this clown comes and says a St. Louis bar is having a Mike Brown special...6 shots for free

Ok I only been at this location for a couple months and he an older white guy who really tries HARD to be down. Always telling stories on how he been down with the "brothers" he then goes on to say he doesn't understand why people are making this a rallying point I quickly told him I come from a culture where this happens way too ofter. I think part of the issue is that I'm now in the South and the culture here is much different. This would NEVER have happened in DC or Detroit. I am considering speaking to management cause dude already was on the hot seat for making inappropriate statements in a meeting. I'm not a snitch type but you BEST believe if my black ass made a reverse type of comment he would turn me in quicker than a nigerian scam artist...what the hell is wrong with white people man
