Here's the problem, thanks to things like unions, you just can't remove ppl like that.What you and @DEAD7 fail to realize is that if individuals have the same duties then they should be paid the same. So if two people have different responsibilities that should not be all that hard to prove? Should it? You're putting the burden on the party in the best position to prove it. Moreover, if someone works harder or brings more to the table then they're not doing the same work then are they? And why would you hire someone to be lazy as fukk? You can just remove that person. It's straightforward. #lowerlearning.

Surely a person with more experience, even though doing the same position, should get paid more no?
