WTT is better on paper than in reality. Wouldn't call Written Testimony a classic but solid 4 mic album. As is the case with everything with Jay Elect, you feel like it could've been more. Regardless, still great.
This is actually a hard one for me
WTT was fukking EPIC when it came out but Jay Electronica is a much superior rapper than Kanye. The bars on Written Testimony were incredible but maybe the entertainment factor on WTT is higher.
