In the Silver Lining
Let Congress approve and fund a study to determine a low to high range of how much AAs would be owed, and don't forget inflation . That should be #1 next step. This is to massive of an endeavor to go any further without a comprehensive study or studies.
As I've stated before there are issues/questions/ concerns though:
  • What type of methodology will be used to perform this study? Will multiple methodologies be part of this study?
  • We are absolutely only referring to slavery that occurred under the U.S. government? So Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico aren't counted, right?
  • Americans blacks that escaped to Canada and others that went to Liberia, are they included in the conversation?
  • If you are mixed with AA, even if only 1%, are you are part of the conversation?
  • Ultimately, using the methodology, how are you determining who would be eligible to any form of reparations
  • Who exactly is putting this study together, and who selects them?
  • How much money will federal government provide to do the study, and will matching funds be allowed?
  • Other questions
There is a mix of objectivity and subjectivity in a study of this magnitude, but it's worth enduring, to get to the root of the issue.

Then when a monetary equivalent is determined based on a particular methodology(ies), the conversation can begin on:
  • 1) If it should be distributed (playing devil's advocate here, pun kinda intended), because the pushback will be massive
  • 2) Then how best to distribute (maybe this requires a 2nd study or within the same originsl study). The reason I say this is because these politicians will feel they need an "out". They may find it difficult to say they support "reparations", but a more comfortable saying they endorse a "study of reparations" which is just enough buffer room. I'm just keeping it 1hunnid.
If these politicians had any sense, they would say they support Congress approving and funding a study. That is a tangible, but they and staff are overstrategizing.

No less than $2M, which equates to $100k for 20 years. You figure our ancestors worked for decades all that time, plus the pain and suffering endured, which was passed down generationally through post traumatic syndrome.

Also free tuition and no taxes.

Besides what is on ADOS101, THE REVERSE OF EVERYTHING AMERICA HAS DONE TO ADOS.

For example they took our money from the freedman banks, give it back. They took and bombed our homes and land, give it back. They discriminate against us at jobs, create job opportunities. Etc. Etc.

You got thrusting America into the global economy mixed up with unpaid wages.
I dont have anything mixed up with anything.
Anyone who says we dont need a check when
a. our per household wealth compared to whites is 1:100
b. our ancestors wished they could have gotten a check

is a pure fool.. liquid cash trumps everything.. all them “affirmative action” ass programs folks keep blabbering about can get fukked over
